Ahaaaa WOW he's so lovely! I keep having to scroll back up to look at the picture, because...just wow. I never expected something THIS lovely! n_n

Bwaha. Prepare for a very Ribbontail-esque comment. Don't be shocked, really...I do this all the time.

FIRST OFF, I must say that his wings are so pretty. They're like...semi-transparent. I never would've thought of that, but semi-trans wings would be really cool on him. o3o You worked with the transparency very well with his wings, especially on his right wing where the membrane meets his body (the blue part). I keep staring at that spot for some reason. xD

The pose is wonderful. It makes me feel like he's just kinda floating around (which he does all the time, believe it or not. Hurrah for gravity-defying dragon gods!).

And last is the spell tags. Eh! I really like the symbols you used. Are they actual chinese characters or just slapped-together garbage like I did? xD

If you don't mind critique, I must say that...mmm...Actually, the only thing here I noticed was that his necklace is lacking motion. I figure if he's flying around or something that you could have made his pendant or the spell tags kind of "flapping". _{Not sure how to explain that... ><}

It was actuall my day off from work and I was kinda bored so I just got stuck into this.

I have to admit, I kind of cheated a bit with the wings. See, the way I do my pictures now-a-days is I draws them first, scan them and then digitally ink them. With the program I use I can do layers, so semi-transparent wings aren't very difficult. It is hard to find the right transparency though. >.<

The stars were a bit of trouble at first because they didn't want to show up against the color, they kept blending when I made them transparent, so I put them on another layer over the top and that fixed it. ^_^

I'm glad you like the pose. I was trying to compensate that I couldn't make his face as cute as your drawing of him so I made him chase his tail. And what's cuter than tail-chasing upside-down?

The symbols, well..... it's a little from column 'A' and a little from column 'B'. I got inspirations for most of them from Kanji symbols and the rest is slapped-together.

Yeah, I stuffed up a bit with the necklace and tags. I was kind of going for the idea that while he's pulling that lovely arch, the enersia (no idea if I spelt that right >.< was keeping them close to his body. I don't think I pulled it off.
I might see if I can fix it tonight if I have time....
